- Return process must be started within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (e.g. boxes, tags intact).
- Include a note with your name, mobile number, the reason for return, and what you want in exchange within your return package. We also require proof of shipping with a send date and tracking number available.

- If an exchange isn’t possible, a credit note will be issued to spend in store.
