SIZES ON PACKAGING
Please select your usual sizes and we will size accordingly. For example, some items with a label size of small fits like a medium so on occasions you will receive an item one size smaller/larger than you ordered. This is not done by mistake, but to fit the size you requested. Please make sure you try the item on before contacting us.
SIZING MEASUREMENTS
Unfortunately due to capacity issues, we do not have time to measure items based in the UK upon individual requests. For Pre Orders, we offer a measurement service to ensure the best fit. Read our Pre Order Policy for more information.
OVERSIZED/SLIM FIT
All items that are oversized or slim fitted will be labeled in the title or description.
ADDITIONAL PICTURES
All pictures we have are of our in stock items and all the pictures we have taken are on the website. Unfortunately due to how busy we are we do not have the time to take extra pictures and cannot fulfil any individual requests for this.
PRE ORDERS
All pre order items have at the start or end of their title (PRE-ORDER), we have to make this clear as many customers are unaware of this. It also states in the description that the item you are ordering is a pre order along with the delivery time frame.
All pre orders take 2-3 weeks, all pre orders will be final once paid.

DELIVERY
UK deliveries are via Royal Mail. Most of our stock is available for Next Day Delivery.

TRACKING
Please request your tracking number as these will not be updated on the Shop app. If you wish to receive your tracking please request after 7pm the same day if paid by 2pm.
RETURNS
All returns are to have a note inside stating the following information:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Reason for return
- What you would like to exchange for
