PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order items are clearly marked with (PRE-ORDER) at the start of their title. This is to ensure customers are aware that the item is not immediately available. Each product description also specifies that it is a pre-order item and includes an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 weeks as standard.
Please note: Express shipping is available for certain items, with an average delivery time of around 10 days. This option carries additional charges. Please ask us for more information.
Sizing
Sizing may vary between brands and suppliers, so we rely on exact measurements rather than label sizes to ensure the best fit. If you’d like to confirm measurements before your order is shipped, please contact us to compare them with your best-fitting item at home. If no measurement request is made, we will send the size that best corresponds to the standard UK size you selected at checkout.
Quality Check & Returns Policy
Before shipping, we receive detailed photos of each item and perform a thorough quality inspection. Because of this process, all pre-order sales are final once payment is made. We will however make an exception if a defect or inaccuracy has been missed during our quality inspection prior to dispatch. If you’re unhappy with your item once you receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible explaining the issue. In rare cases, we may offer an exchange at our discretion and will deal with each query on a case by case basis.
